Marketing Nous Pty Ltd reserves the right to re-allocate the course place
to another delegate if fees are not paid on time. The delegates place will
not be confirmed until payment has been received.

Cancellation
All cancellations of bookings by delegates prior to the workshop date are subject to charges. The following charges apply if you cancel:
15 or more before the workshop = 50% of the course fee
1-14 days before the workshop = 100% of the course fee

Delegate substitution
There will be no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the original delegate. Please inform Marketing Nous of substitutions in writing to info@marketingnous.com.au.

Cancellation of courses by Marketing Nous Pty Ltd and changes to course content
Marketing Nous Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter or change any of the courses content and/or presenter without prior notice. Marketing Nous reserves the right to cancel published workshop dates. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note
or a full refund. Marketing Nous Pty Ltd has the right to change venue at
any time without liability. In the event of a cancellation where an
alternative cannot be provided, monies received in respect of that course will be refunded in full.

Limitation of liability
The delegate (and/or his/her company) fully indemnifies Marketing Nous Pty
Ltd from any claim resulting from accident or injury relating to the delegate attending the training event. Delegates are wholly responsible for their decision to use or ignore any bonus offer provided as part of the workshop package and for any outcomes or consequences resulting from use of any bonus offer. Marketing Nous Pty Ltd cannot guarantee the delivery or
results achieved from services provided by other parties.

Program materials and training
The training and materials provided by any Marketing Nous Pty Ltd program cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. Neither Marketing Nous Pty
Ltd nor its employees, trainers or associates can accept responsibility for delegates actions, or those of other people reading the course notes or interpreting the training in litigation, or responsibility for any loss incurred
as a result of relying on the program or the program materials. If in doubt, consult a lawyer.
